            The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

            Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2015--A Bill to amend and reenact §4-10-3, §4-10-7 and §4-10-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the Performance Review Act; modifying definitions; providing for the Legislative Auditor to conduct agency reviews on all agencies under the purview of a department, including the offices of the members of the Board of Public Works and the Legislature; modifying the schedule of departments’ agency review; and requiring agency reviews be conducted within at least two years of the effective date of this section, if practicable, but no later than four years from the effective date of this section, and thereafter on a regular basis.
